Beaumont Health has announced they have partnered with Alternate Solutions Health Network. The new joint venture, called Beaumont Home Health and Hospice, will expand access to home health and hospice services as a need for these services is growing in Southeast Michigan.

“Partnering with a specialized provider that has home health and hospice expertise will improve our ability to serve current and future patients,” Paul LaCasse, DO, Beaumont Health executive vice president of post‐acute care and diversified business operations, said in a statement. “Patients are our top priority and we are always evaluating ways to serve them better. This partnership will allow us to deliver compassionate care at a reduced cost.”

According to Beaumont Health, the need for more home health and hospice services is growing across the entire nation. They explained that their new partnership with Alternate Solutions Health Network allows Beaumont Health to meet the demand for future growth in home health and hospice services.

“Our current team of exceptional caregivers will continue to serve our patients through this new joint venture. Patients will also benefit from the expertise of a national company,” Susan Grant, RN, Beaumont Health executive vice president and chief nursing officer, said.
