All Unexpired Sterile Products Recalled

Well Care Compounding Pharmacy of Nevada is recalling all unexpired sterile products. The statewide recall comes in the wake of concern expressed by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regarding the lack of sterility assurance.

The impacted products were distributed between January 1, 2016 and April 29, 2016.

As of May 17, the company had received no reports of adverse events. However, administration of a contaminated product can be life-threatening.
